Using Karens cookie viewer, I can see that cookies are still present after IE8 is closed. But after I reboot the PC, cookies and history have been erased.
IE is set to not delete cookies. I have uninstalled CCleaner.
I have checked for any unwanted programs running using Process Explorer as well as any tip i could find in google, But problem persists. I have checked in GPEdit for any logon or logoff scripts or programs None there.
I was going to do a system restore but my restore points don’t go back far enough.
Any one have any idea on what is causing the problem.
