Hit a Platform with error message

I have a Dell Laptop with NT 4.0 SP6 on it. When I log in as soon as I get to the desktop, a error message will pop up and look for a program C:\program. I cannot locate anything in the resgistry file, I have done a clean on the resgistry. Any ideas?
