holding email attachments in ISA

By lheisey ·
Does anyone have any experience with ISA server as far as configuring and SMTP filter to hold email attachments that are .vbs or .exe. I was told those items should be sitting in the "badmail" directory but they are not. I want to "quarantine" them and then go through to forward to users the ones that we do need. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Content scanning isn't built into ISA (in this release). There are multiple 3rd party products that could do the job though.

here are a list of the most widely used ones:

http://www.isaserver.org/software/content_security.htm

also you'll find the orginating site a very good resource for all things ISA related.

Thats www.isaserver.org

jb.
