A couple of weeks ago I bought a new laptop with wireless connection. I already have a home computer connected to a wireless ADSL router. Connecting to the internet using this router on my dad?s laptop is fine but on my laptop it seems impossible.
I have already tried:
? Setting my internet protocol to ‘obtain addresses automatically.’
? Setting up a new wireless network connection on my laptop.
? Repairing the wireless network connection on my laptop.
? Disabling and re-enabling the wireless network connection on my laptop/computer.
Does anybody have any solutions?
I want to be able to connect to a wireless connection supplied by my home computers wireless ADSL router on my laptop with ‘built in wireless connection’.
(both computers use windows XP)
