I have a desktop and a laptop both running Windows XP Pro. I have connected them peer to peer which is working fine. Although I have set file sharing when I want to access the desktop from the laptop I get a message ‘access denied, contact the administrator’ I can access the laptop from the desktop no problem. I also have printer sharing working perfectly. There must be a hidden security config on the laptop. How do I find this?
