Homepage changes automatically on start-up

I have a Dell Computer and am running IE7 with windows XP.
It seems whenever the computer is restarted I get a weird homepage and have to change it manually in the Tools – Internet Options Box.
The page that comes up is called Fun Pages.
Can you please help me.
Thanks Judy
