Due to a sad death in the family, we now have an Honor 7C Android SmartPhone.
When you power it on, it prompts for a PIN number, but sadly we have no way of knowing what this is.
We dearly want to access and get back into the phone (to view last calls made and received, and the same for SMS’s), so obviously do NOT want to hard reset / factory restore / wipe the phone.
Seeking people’s advice, please, on how to achieve the above ?.
Any and all help and advice shall be greatly appreciated.
