HP didn’t know what to do. On a achool NT network with Win98SE workstations, printing to an HP4500N with internal NIC, my workstations randomly (seemingly – it’s been happening for over a year & I havent’ been able to decipher a pattern) set their print spooler on Pause. It’s easily solved, except that as I’m using system policies, I have to log students off, log me in, release the spooler, log off. It’s a pain. Any ideas?
