Hosted exchange

We have an old exchange 2000 server. We need to upgrade. Rather than upgrading in house, we are considering outsourcing and subscribing to a hosted exchange service. We have about 85 users right now and are constantly growing. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with hosted exchange? How do you find it? what are the issues to look out for?
