hosting asp.net on IIS7 with vista business edition

I bought a laptop that comes with windows vista business edition,activated the IIS 7,installed visual studio 2005 its service pack for windows vista.

The problem is that i can’t run any webpage using the localhost or in the visual studio 2005
any solutions?thanks
