Hostmib X Hisecweb.inf

I have installed the iislock.exe from Microsoft. This is a patch to a server that is running IIS 5 or higher. But, this patch install a security template called HISECWEB.INF in the server and this template close a lot of things on W2K including, theHOSTMIB (SNMP). The specific OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.25 don`t responding more any information after this installation. Does anybody have a solution or had the same experience?
