One of the hacks in the piece (10 cool Registry edits and tweaks for Windows XP) is on system restore and adjusting its values, i.e. the interval between and the interval the points are kept. What I’d like to know is what are the values for, and the location of those values, in windows 7 (the intervals cited by you do not exist in the Windows 7 registry, the Hkey does exist, but the values there in reflect the differences between XP & 7’s sys restore methodology.
