I can’t find my original .pst files on my home computer anymore.
Here’s my setup. Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook 2003 at work. Outlook 2002 at home. I do not use Outlook for email at either location. I use Outlook for Calendar and Contacts at work and at home.
I want to be able to sync my Outlook home and work calendar and contacts. My system administrator at work said that we could set up my home computer to access the Exchange Server at work.
We’ve tried, but have so far failed.
We can’t get the home computer to reach the Exchange server. (I have a VPN set up and routinely access my work system from home.)
And so far, all we have done is to lose my home .pst file. The only .pst files that I can access all seem to be 2 years old. What happened to the .pst file that I could access from home earlier today?
My sys admin assured me that we couldn’t lose anything by connecting to the Exchange Server – but instead, we couldn’t connect to the server and now I can’t find my current .pst file anymore.
Can anyone help?
