How can business intelligence analytics help a small business grow?

    by sadik154shaikh ·

I’ve been hearing a lot about business intelligence analytics, and I kinda get the idea that it helps businesses grow, but I’m not sure how exactly. I mean, for a small business, how can it actually make a difference? Like, does it help with making better decisions, or is it more about tracking sales and customers? Also, is it something only big companies use, or can a small business with a tight budget take advantage of it too? If anyone has experience with this or knows some useful tools, I’d really appreciate the help!

Small business and let’s classify that as the usual 10 million Euro or less single owner business rarely will understand the gibberish you wrote here.

Get back to basics. Have the product or service people want in your area at a not exorbitant price, get the word out and ignore the techno gibberish that you wrote here.

      Go lightweight & affordable tools

Definitely, it helps you make smarter & faster decisions based on real data, its not just tracking sales or customer but can show patterns like which products are your best-sellers, your peak seasons.

you can go lightweighted & affordable tools like Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics and even some features inside QuickBooks or Shopify that offer simple dashboards for small businesses.

So it’s not about getting lost in “techno gibberish”, it’s about using data smartly to run your business more efficiently, even if you’re a one-person operation.

      Good Luck.
