How can I access to protected partition on USB through line commands?

I downloaded yesterday Rohos from here and I hidded a partition but I need to access to a protected file in the partition hidden, only programmatically. I’m trying to protect illegal copies from my software written in the USB Flash Memory, that I’m selling. Thanks for all, Martha
