how can i add a date picker in my excel 2007 form?

I have a created a form in Excel 2007 and i want to add a date picker wherein the user dont need to manuall write the date but just choose from the date picker.

can someone help me. Im not yet that experienced in using excel.

Could someone please explain/point me in the right direction. I'm new to VBA, all the resources on the Net show how to use a calendar to select date on a worksheet. I want to be able to select a date on the actual userform. The Fonstuff does not show this. It choses it clearly in the Access but not in Excel. I would buy a book but not sure which one would show this explicitly. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
