It takes 4 key strokes to shut down Vista since your forced to select from 5 options and Sleep is the default.
My personal default would be Shut Down and my second most used is Restart.
It wouldn’t be advisable to use Sleep or Hibernate on a laptop if your using the battery. I would also eliminate Switch User and those from the menu since I am the only user.
