I’m running Exchange Server 5.5 and using Outlook 2000 as a client. I also have Norton AV Corp edition on my server.
Is there any way to exclude .vbs file attachments from being received at either the server or client level? I know MS has a security update for Outlook but I just want to specify a couple of known extensions from being sent not restrict everything covered in the MS update.
I’m also waiting for Symantec to let me know how to remove files that were detected with viruses but show that they were “left alone”. I’ve seen this question posted on their website several times but with no reply from their tech support.
