We have a log file that we distribute on the web. It was working just fine with our last PC image, but with our newest image it gives us an error. If Word is already open, our file will be displayed in Word. If we just select it, we get an error stating that it is an unknown file type. Does anyone know where we need to adjust the defaults to get this working again?
