How can I have someone externally monitor activity on my chromebook

I would like to have someone externally monitor activity on my Samsung Chromebook. (I am a private individual; not an organization, and this is for me, not for a child). I have a tight budget, so I would like a free or cheap option, if possible. Any ideas?

What do you want someone to monitor ? Internet access, remote access to the device’s camera. Not sure what you need exactly.

This tool might help. I have not used it personally, but it is a well known application that has been around for many years. I don’t work for them and this is not meant as an endorsement. Just a starting point to find an application to help you.

We try to discourage product links as they are routinely deleted as SPAM. I only mentioned an application that might help. It’s all good.

Net nanny is a well known parental control program. Parents can install such software on devices used by their kids, that’s why it’s called parental control. You can install such software so that others can monitor you.

However, net nanny doesn’t seem to run on Chrome OS. See if https://www.google.com/search?q=parental+control+chromebook leads to something you can use.

1. That someone else would be accountable for what shows up on your computer screen.
