How can I host a game if all my ports are in stealth mode ?

I’m using my university’s connection and although they state that all ports are open, when I check they are actually all in stealth mode, even when I’m using those ports.

I want to be able to host a Warcraft 3 game, maybe use a bot, but I can’t, people can’t join my games and I think the ports are the problem. I can join other games.

This would be pretty hopeless if not for uTorrent which seems to accept incoming and outgoing connections for any port. This may mean that it’s possible to somehow host games as well.

Note: firewall is off, there is no router to speak of on my part.
