I currently operate in an environment which relies on Windows 95 with older versions of graphic and document software and communicates daily with a wide variety of suppliers all utilizing different systems (PC and MAC) or newer software. I was wondering what is the best way to improve the ability of receiving emails with attachments which cannot be opened.
Would it be best just to update to Windows 98, update our software programs or is their a software solution which would handle various email file formats?
