How can I meage windows Updates

Hi
I have a bout 15 Windows Update and security patches

but every time I install windows I have to install them one by one and wait
can not I have anyway to make them one installation file useing anyhow way

Windows Security Update Service is the way to go.

Some patches need to be installed in order.

Some need to be inservice before the next one is installed. Hence the need for reboots.

Xp can be done a bit easier by selecting the autoupdate and let it do it at a certain time.

If you have a server involved you can download sus/wsus. This program if free from Microsoft and will allow you to download and syncronize updates from windows to your server, from there you point your boxes to the server for their updates via a gpo setting (instructions are included with the download/install). Its fast and easy, everyone can download the updates at the same time and you can have it automagically do it when no one is in the office.
