How can I obtain a copy of DOS 5.0

I work for a company that uses a vendors program that requires Dos version 4.01 or higher. 5.0 recommended. The ancient computer this runs on is about to die. I have the vendor program (4 disks) but need to obtain DOS. Where can I get this?
