How can I only allow computers listed in the active directory to use VPN

Hello everyone
Windows 2003 Server with VPN setup and working.
How can I only allow computers listed in the active directory to use VPN?
I do not want to have a device based Active Directory, just in case a client needs temp access to VPN.
Is there a way to stop VPN connection from computers not on the Domain?
