How can I print a user name on every print out on my server at work?

At my work, we have a bad habit of printing things, then leaving them on the printer and wasting paper and money.

What I’d like is to be able to have the user name/id printed on every page printed off. We use a Windows 2003 server and the pc’s run xp/7.

Is this something that is easy or possible to set up?
