How can i restore my files, files on my system turned to .ink. how to fix

Hi guys, please i need to resolve this issue urgently. Files on my system including Microsoft office documents turned to .ink extension. How can i resolve it as i can’t work at all on my system. your response will be highly appreciated. thanks.
