How can I restore Win95 from .cab.

I’ve tried running setup from cabs files but have lost the serial number.Then I tried extracting the missing files from win95_04.cab but still got this message :-

C:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd Missing/unable to load.

What are the other options,can someone help me?
