How can I switch IP addresses?

OK, this is how it is. I have a Win2k laptop, and I take it with me to work, but I also wish to use the cable I have at home. I have DSL at work, and I recently got cable at home. I have IP addresses, gateways, DNS servers, etc., for my DSL at work.I was told that there is 3rd-party software that automatically enters in the IP addresses I need when I am at work, and changes them when I want to switch to my cable at home. Does anyone know of such software? If I can’t find a solution soon, I mayhave to cancel my cable, because I need to use it at home. Please help!
