Assuming with code and pasword you mean the Windows password, you’ve locked yourself out of your desktop. That’s why we recommend to make a second administrator account on any Windows device and store the password for that account in a safe place (a place you know and nobody else is ever going to look, could even be a note on your phone). If you had done that, you could login into that and change the password of your normal account. It’s a good idea to do that when you have access to your desktop again.
Assuming you don’t have a perfect backup of all your data and you don’t want to lose any, the best solution is:
Buy a new SSD, remove the old one, download a fresh copy of the Windows installer (that’s free) and install Windows on the new SSD. You might even have the recovery drive you made when the desktop was new to boot from. When Windows is up and running, and you installed all your apps and set your settings as you want, mount the old ssd as a second drive or put it in an external USB enclosure, and copy all your data to your new SSD.
Use your old drive (now an external hard disk) for backup. It’s a good feeling to have a backup, isn’t it? Or if money is an issue, delete all contents on it and sell it second hand. You get most of your costs (enclosure and new SSD) back.
