I am using a laptop that came pre-installed with Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS. I guess that is an OEM license. Now I downloaded a windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and another 64 bit dvd. will I be able to upgrade to windows 7 ultimate using anyone of these ? By doing so will my OS cease to remain genuine ?
