how can i use my microsoft exchange server 2003 to pull my mails

have just installed a microsoft exchange server 2003 for my company, have created mail boxes and we've been able to send and receive mails on our private network,pls how can i configure the server to be able to pull/ receive mails for the company domain name.

Hi,

Just to make it clear first you must own the company.com domain that you are talking about. It's ethical.

You need to go to your hosting provider if you host your domain name and have the primary DNS with them. Example with be godaddy.com. You would need to create an MX record that would point to your Company internet line. that should cover the incoming email to be routed to your Exch2003.

Also you have to look into your network setup. It makes a difference if your exchange box is configured to have a routable IP or a non-routable IP. You need to make the necessary adjusment in relation to the MX record you created.
