How can Netscape retrieve AT&T emails

User has an email ISP at AT&T. xxxx@attglobal.net. After upgrading Netscape to 4.08. Cannot see his emails.

How do I change Settings in Netscape so that the prpgram willl know to retreive POP3 from pop3.attglobal.net.
