Hey folks, I am working with a software company as a Sr. test automation engineer. Currently, my company is struggling with some quality issues in software testing. So, need to know how we can improve the quality of our software testing. I am expecting some helpful answers.

There’s a lot of theory about testing. You can easily study it on university level for a year. I hope you find that suggestion useful.
Test automation (such as running the latest build of the software each night through a large set of test cases and reporting all failures) can certainly be useful As a sr. test automation engineer you know that, of course. What tools does your company use?
And can you explain why they aren’t good enough to catch all errors? -

I think if you want to improve the quality of your software testing then there are some strategies and tools that you should use. And trust me those will be helpful. Below, I have mentioned some ways to improve the quality of software testing:
Invest in training and development: You guys can provide training and development opportunities for the testing team to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Implement a standardized testing process: Create and implement an effective testing process to make sure that all the testing process is conducted consistently.
Use automated testing tools: Implement automated testing tools l to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing.
Monitor and measure testing performance: Use metrics to analyze and measure testing performance like defect density, test coverage, and use this information to continuously upgrade the testing process.
By implementing these strategies, an organization can improve the quality of software testing and ultimately improve the overall quality of the software being developed.
