How do erase my history from MS-Office

I installed MS-Office 2007 and opened some docs, excel and ppt.

I wanna to erase my history of MS-Office that no one can see which file i was opened.

Open word document
click on the office button (on the top left corner)
Go to word options
go to advance
scroll down $ find display option
"show this number of recent document"
make this option to 0

CCleaner. If you like having recent Documents while you work, just run CCleaner at the end of your session.

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner Just install and configure it to erase any type of history, temp files, or cache that you want.

I found a utility 'Advanced System Optimizer' that solved my problem.
