Hello – I operate a small service business & advertise on a website that I also receive leads from (they provide me the prospects email address for follow-up).
I receive up to 1200 leads a month. I send each lead a small introduction email describing my services and providing my contact info & website address. No other contact is made by me unless they respond back requesting additional information.
I use Windows XP & MS Outlook 2003 & a pop3 ISP provider. How can I (or what do I need) to be able to input a number of email address’s at one time but have each email sent 1 at a time so each prospect only see’s their email address when they receive my sales letter?
