How do I bind two IP address form one Ni

Windows NT4 Front Page 2000. Two Sites published on my server. “wwwroot” and “wwwroot1”
One Nic with two IPs. Site “wwwroot” takes both IPs and so “wwwroot1” can not be accessed via the web.
IPs are: 25.25.25.36 and 25.25.25.37 on the Nic. Is this currect having the same group IP?
