How do I clean the leftover files after App uninstallation?

Hi,

I recently removed a few third-party applications from my MacBook, But there are several associated files in my Mac. How do I clean all at once to get more space in my storage drive?

You write about the associated files so you would select and delete those as you wish. Sometimes folk didn’t mean what they wrote and are looking at those rather awful Mac Cleaner apps. If you use such don’t expect much sympathy if they trash your Apple computer.

There are a number of apps that will delete not only the main app but also all the associated files.
However, the associated files usually only amount to a few kilobytes and will not create a lot more space on your drive.

You can perform it manually just follow this:

1. Go to the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder
2. Search the Leftover preference files for apps that you have uninstalled and
3. Delete them manually.
4. Then go to /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder if you find any item of
the removed app then delete them.

Download the mac uninstaller and Removes apps, and files.
Find the list of applications, preference panes, plugins, and downloadsDeep scan functionality for private folders.
You can try advanced uninstall manager.
