How do i configure a cisco router 3600 to support voice and to configure a VLAN

well..... sorta tough to explain in 1930 characters, but basically....

As long as your 3600 is hardware capable
( memory and interface modules ), you are
already configured for voice, as long as
your voice traffic is over your existing
sub-nets/ip address ranges.

For example, you have a router configured for
address range XXX.YYY.001.1-254 and
address range XXX.YYY.002.1-254, both on
subnet of 255.255.255.0

You would simply stick all your VoIP nodes on one range, all othernodes on the other.

VLAN's are not configured at the router, but at the switch level.

secondly, how i can configure a VLAN on a switch.

finally VPN servers? how the work and typical senerio if any

You are not going to get a course on switch configuration in the space provided here. Perhaps you should look at contacing a Cisco partner, maybe where you bought the hardware, or taking a course in Cisco Switching. Worst case, but the book.
