Found Adobe Reader 9.4.2 -CPSlD_83708 on my computer (“cannot be removed”) It overrides Webroot system…Webroot had me uninstall/reinstall and it still prevents scans etc. Had geek squad remote attempt to clean up system…they got kicked off our internet connection. I can (am allowed?) to function so how can I delete this fake ‘Adobe Update?
a) Restore computer
b) delete all Adobe programs then reinstall?
c) none of the above…
Please provide response…I am not too computer literate…Plain language please.
