I have a HP laptop and have its original software to reinstall windows and its original drivers. The battery pack ran out in the middle of the installation and when I tried again to continue reinstalling Windows, it gives me an error that it needs a specific file to continue, to insert the CD the is already the drive but the computer doesn’t acctivate the cd-rom drive to read anything off of it and it gets stuck. What can I do?
