    How Do I Fix Issues Signing In to My Apple ID?

    I’m having trouble signing in to my Apple ID. I’ve tried resetting my password and checking my internet connection, but I’m still facing issues. Has anyone encountered this before, or can someone suggest other steps I could try?

      Please tell somewhat more, like:
      – What are you trying to sign in to with your apple-id?
      – You tried resetting your password. Did it succeed or not?
      – What exactly happens when you try to sign in?

      My mother never has to use her Apple ID to use her iPhone. Are you trying to access your account through a computer?
