Maybe it's been dumped in favour of a younger model. I certainly know THAT feeling! :^0

If you've reported it, you'll just have to wait and see.

Since this is a file from 2004.....

Obviously, they've changed the location of the download, if it still exists at all.

I don't know how you found the link, but I get the same thing when I searched for the file title 'wireless equipment checkout tool'. After the search, the link to download the file produces the URL you posted. Even reporting a broken link to the file takes me to a 404 page.

I guess, since you can't report the link as broken, all you can do is use the FEEDBACK button at the bottom of every page. Tell them what you're trying to do and the link you end up getting.

Spelling mistakes and the wrong format

The link that you posted is most defiantly incorrect but as there are spelling and Typo's galore I would be surprised if it did anything but whet to a 404.

Your only option if it still exists is to report the Broken link through the Site Help & Feedback link on the bottom of the page. Though when I tried the Report a Broken Link Option it did go tot he correct Page where you have to enter your E-Mail Address and what you found wrong. If you get a 404 Page not found go back and try again sometimes the TR Servers get things wrong depending on the load that they are under at the time. Generally going back and hitting the Report Broken Link again will take you to the correct page.

It may just be a bad link but after the 4 years that it has been there I would imagine that it no longer exists. However it's not going to hurt to report the Bad Link.
