How do I fix this – “Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library”

by itsonlyme418 . Updated 17 years, 7 months ago

This keeps coming up when I try to upload pictures to a website I’ve used frequently. I was on AOL, using the picture site, and I was uploading pictures.. then, because I wanted to log off AOL, I needed to “pause” the uploading of the pictures, so I hit “pause”, then signed off AOL. Then.. sometime later, when I decided to upload more pictures (to undo the ‘pause’) I, this time, used Internet Explorer, went to the photo site, and cliked “upload” and GONG! I got the “Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library” thing, and I have NO IDEA how to fix it. It says to Contact the Applications Support Team. Whos is the Applications Support team, anyway? Internet Explorer? I am not by any means computer literate. I hope someone in baby language can tell me what to do. Many thanks.
