I bought a Zoostorm laptop a few weeks ago and have had loads of trouble with it, to the point where I had to send it back for a replacement. Most of the things that went wrong could have easily been fixed if the company I bought it from would offer me a recovery disk! Is there a way of making a recovery disk or any other tips for formatting my laptop in the future if I need to? This may seem like a basic question but I just dont know the answer! Thanks!
