How do I get Office 2007 (Pro) upgrades to load?

By NYUK ·
Opsys - Win7 Enterprise
For sometime now I have had updates that stubbornly avoid installation - I have followed the many corrective offerings from Microsoft. None have worked - I have unistalled Office using "..manually unistall the the 2007 Office sys..." as described in Microsofts KB928218 to no avail - No good. I have also carried out a full reinstall on the offending PC starting with a re-format - Windows 7 install - Office 2007 install still no good (really) the following is a current list of 9 upgrades not loading (it has to be noted that other prior and later upgrades have loaded OK - I upgraded "Optional" upgrades with success (i.e. two languages I do not need!)

The list of offending upgrades are listed below:

The 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2)
Update for Microsoft Office Access 2007 Help KB963663
Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Help KB963678
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Help KB963677
Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Help KB963669
Update for Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 Help KB963667
Update for Microsoft Office Word 2007 Help KB963665
Update for Microsoft Office Script Editor Help KB963671
Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System Help for Common Features KB963673

You really need to address this direct to M$

Depending on what if any Membership you have with M$ you can try the Front Door for Everyone "Crabby"

http://blogs.office.com/b/crabby_office_lady/archive/2010/07/09/Office_2D00_forums.aspx

Of if you are a M$ Partner they have their own dedicated Help Section directly and are not grouped with straight End users.
