I work for a company located in Rockville, Md. and I am part of the corporate side of the business. We are a government contracting company solely and have been on the FAFTA list the last 5 years straight. We are a SBA 8(a) company that is doing quite well if I say so myself. From time to time we look for individuals to fill positions that range tremendously and currently have a contract that we just won that requires 16 people that all must have a minimum of a secret security clearance (not Top Secret only). I am trying to help my company find these people for two reasons…1st referrral fee (of course!) but secondly and pretty damn much just as importantly to help us save a lot of money on recruiters!!!! Man do they cost us a lot of money over the months…. The positions will be located in Arlington Va. and take it from me, the pay is always industry standard or better.
