Started backup to disc a week or so ago and nothing happened. I did the same thing I always do but my system froze. Did hard shut down started back in safe mode and I can not get system out of safe mode.
By now you are aware I am not a IT person and am clueless about technology. I came across your site a couple of month’s ago and was overwelmed by all the info. just had to read and join. Sorry! But if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
