How do I get Task Mgr/Lock Computer Screen back?

I XP Pro SP2. For some reason I started getting a “Task Manager Has Been Disabled By Your Administrator.” message. I used TechRepublic’s fix of using the gpedit.msc and now the task manager comes up.

But…. When I hit ctrl-alt-del the task manager comes up instead of the screen with the various choices such as task manager, lock computer, etc. How do I get this screen back?
