How do I keep the format of a number when concatenated with a text cell.

By dcdfntech ·
The spreadsheet was created in Excel 2003, I'm modifying it using Excel 2007 but it will go back to users with only 2003

This is how cell E10 displays
this is what is really in the cell
0.109722222222222 The cell format is Custom h:mm
I need to concatenate it with the text in A10 "All Other" so it looks like
"All Other (2:38)" because the number changes and there is too much room for error if the user needs to type the number next to the text for each new report.
The concatenated cell displays
"All Other (0.109722222222222)"
How do I keep the format of the number as 2:38 when joined with the text?
